Do you hire freshers or only experienced engineers?+
Both — we hire engineering graduates with strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills for our 6-month mentored onboarding programme. Experienced engineers join at mid and senior levels with less structured onboarding.
Is relocation to Cuttack required?+
No — we have team members working fully remote from Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi. Cuttack office is encouraged but not required for most roles.
What is the interview process?+
1 HR call (30 min) → 1 technical screen (60 min, problem-solving) → 1 technical deep-dive (90 min, architecture and past work) → culture fit call with team lead. Total: 3–4 rounds over 1–2 weeks.
What technologies do you primarily work with?+
React/Next.js and Flutter for frontend, Node.js and Python for backend, Solidity/Rust for blockchain, AWS/Azure for cloud, and increasingly LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) for AI.
Do you offer internships?+
Yes — summer (May–July) and winter (Dec–Jan) internships for final-year engineering students. 40% of our intern cohort receives full-time offers.
